KETO Cheesecake

2 - cups almond or coconut flour

3 - Tbsp butter

1 - Tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener

1 - Tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix all the ingredients together and fill a 9" pie can



16 oz of cream cheese

2 eggs

1 Tbsp Monkfruit sweetener

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice

Blend ingredients together until smooth and fill pie pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Cool and enjoy!
