Nothing is fresher and more tasty than a fresh cream pie. Light and airy with a dose of fruit for sweetness. It. may not be super healthy but is does substitute healthier ingredientd without giving up taste or flavor.
Crust - Mix 2 cups of graham flour with 1 tbsp of. monkfruit sweetener and 1/4 cup coconut oil (use coconit oil that is solid at room temperature and heat to mix). Mix all ingredients and spread in a pie tin.
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cups fresh crush pinapple
1 packaged sugar free vanilla pudding
Mix in bowl at high speed until it is firm and well mixed and pour in pie tin evenly.
Garnish with pineapple, coconut and banana!
