INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp Organic coconut oil
1 Large spoon Organic peanut butter (almond butter optional)
1 Tbsp Organic Honey
1 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup Organic oats
Optional toppings:
Organic boysenberry, raspberry, honey
and coconut flakes
Eri’s note: mix coconut oil, almond butter and honey on low heat then add protein and oats until thick and dry. Let cool when mixed then roll into balls and put in refrigerator. Garnish with fresh berries, honey and coconut flakes.
